Requirements:

• Each person over the age of 18 must complete a rental application and submit it along with a $25 application processing fee
• Falsification on any application is cause for denial
• A gross income of three times (3x) the monthly rent is required
• Positive credit
• No bankruptcy under two (2) years
• Positive rental history
• Applicants must not have had an unlawful detainer action filed against them
